arc is a pop-up restaurant founded in Hamburg that reinterprets fine dining: top cuisine meets regional responsibility. The team works closely with local producers and farmers and creates culinary experiences that extend beyond Hamburg - for example at special events at farms such as Feldgang in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
arc shows that fine dining is not just an exclusive experience, but also a platform for strengthening regional value creation and building sustainable networks between gastronomy and agriculture. In this way, food becomes a catalyst for community, regionality and a sustainable food culture.
