Ana Baheera, Biloba Estate
About Ana
Ana and her partner Tjalling have built an organic permaculture finca south of Granada, Andalusia: The Biloba Estate. The project began in 2018 on land that was in urgent need of restoration. Patience, care and resilience allowed the area to flourish - today it is a unique food forest with rare exotic fruit trees. Finca Biloba connects Care for the Earth, Care for People, Fair Share as living principles of regenerative agriculture.
The offer includes cold-pressed virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from a blend of green, burgundy and black olives - hand-bottled and nutrient-rich. Organic avocados and dried persimmons are also produced - all certified organic and locally cultivated. The finca offers the diversity and richness of nature and is an impressive place that shows how wise paths literally bear fruit.
Ana's wise path is to combine sustainable agriculture with permaculture, community and knowledge sharing. The finca serves as a space for reconnecting with nature - with workshops on topics such as trees, composting and traditional knowledge. Visitors from all over the world experience regenerative action first-hand and learn that the healing of land and people comes about through interaction.
