Ana Baheera, Biloba Estate

About Ana

Ana and her partner Tjalling have established an organic permaculture finca south of Granada, Andalusia: The Biloba Estate. The project began in 2018 on land that was in urgent need of restoration. Patience, care and resilience allowed the area to flourish – today, it is a thriving, unique food forest with rare exotic fruit trees. Finca Biloba connects Care for the Earth, Care for People, Fair Share as living principles of regenerative agriculture.

The offer includes cold-pressed virgin olive oil, Cold-pressed from a blend of green, burgundy and black olives – hand-bottled and rich in nutrients. The finca also produces organic avocados and dried persimmons – all certified organic and locally grown. The finca offers diversity and the richness of nature and is an impressive place that shows how wise ways literally bear fruit.

Ana's wise approach is to combine sustainable agriculture with permaculture, community and knowledge sharing. The farm serves as a space for reconnecting with nature, offering workshops on topics such as trees, composting and traditional knowledge. Visitors from all over the world experience regenerative practices first-hand and learn that healing the land and people goes hand in hand.
